Before entering law school, Nancy spent over two decades as a technical documentation specialist, working with industry leaders including 3M, General Electric, Rational Software, CSC, KeyBank, and the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC). In roles ranging from writer and editor to manager, she developed expertise in translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language—a skill that proves invaluable when guiding clients through the intricacies of bankruptcy law.


This corporate experience also gave Nancy firsthand insight into business operations, financial structures, and the real-world challenges that individuals and companies face. She understands the stress of financial uncertainty because she's worked alongside people navigating those same pressures throughout her career.

Beyond her legal practice, Nancy is actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Underground Railroad Education Center and previously served on the board of the Albany Center of Economic Success from 2016 to 2019, supporting programs that help individuals achieve financial stability. When time permits, she also enjoys sharing her vocal talents as an occasional mezzo/alto singer in community performances.
